Ryan has grown in his role as Logistics Manager over the past year and has proven to be a valuable team player. Day in and day out, every single month, he gives 110% going above and beyond for the company. He takes the initiative to get things done, even if he has to do it all by himself. If something doesn't get done during the day, it falls on him to make sure it's completed before he leaves and he helps wherever he is needed. The customers love the way that he communicates with them, and they contact him at all hours of the day! If a driver calls off last minute he will do deliveries, even if that means he's leaving on a run at 5:30 p.m. after a full day of work, and will still be here on time the next morning. He has greatly exceeded all our expectations and we couldn't be more proud!
