We are proud to offer top quality insulated glass products to our customers with head turning lead times. Click a link to the left to see some of the custom features we have available for our IG's, or learn about our cutting-edge insulating line below. INSULATING EQUIPMENT LISEC VERTICAL SPACER BENDING MACHINE TYPE BSV 30 Semi-automatic bending table for the production of spacer frames out of one profile tube with a straight joint connector. The bending process is fully automatic. The positioning apparatus is driven by electronic motors with assigned electronic measuring equipment. Machine is also capable of bending shaped frames. The machine function is computer controlled. LISEC AUTOMATIC DESICCANT FILLING STATION TYPE A1RL Station for fully automatic desiccant filling of endlessly produced spacer frames. The sequence of drilling, filling and butyl closing of the holes are performed in one cycle. The actual desiccant filling process is supported by an air blowing device to achieve high speed and as a result of it short cycle times and optimum grain density.
LISEC AUTOMATED BUTYL COATING MACHINE TYPE LBH 25 V Semiautomated machine for coating spacer frames, with manual frame guiding. The design and position of the nozzles and the high material pressure guarantee an outstanding exact coating. The clamping rollers can be switched off to enable the coating of specially shaped frames such as diameters.
LISEC AUTOMATIC COMPACT SEALING PLANT FOR INSULATING GLASS, SINGLE HEAD SYSTEM, TYPE VL-1/25N Vertical compact edge-sealing machine for IG rectangles and shapes. The units are conveyed over a wear-resistant transport belt which only "slightly supports" the glass edges, ensuring that the glass units are not shifted, even if offset. Sealant quantities are not only metered according to the volume itself. The supply speed of the nozzle or transport speed regulates the volume in proportion to the amount required. Machine is equipped with fully automatic correcting roller device for the treating of all 4 corners of a unit. This makes manual touch-up, e.g. scraping or finishing, of the sealed corners unnecessary.
