LISEC AUTOMATIC COMPACT SEALING PLANT FOR INSULATING GLASS, SINGLE HEAD SYSTEM, TYPE VL-1/25N – Vertical compact edge-sealing machine for IG rectangles and shapes. The units are conveyed over a wear-resistant transport belt which only "slightly supports" the glass edges, ensuring that the glass units are not shifted, even if offset. Sealant quantities are not only metered according to the volume itself. The supply speed of the nozzle or transport speed regulates the volume in proportion to the amount required. Machine is equipped with fully automatic correcting roller device for the treating of all 4 corners of a unit. This makes manual touch-up, e.g. scraping or finishing, of the sealed corners unnecessary.
