Over the past two decades, United Plate Glass has forged a name for itself synonymous with quality, service, and reliability. In 2000 we opened the doors to a new 65,000 square foot fabricating and distribution facility. We have streamlined our operation with the most technologically advanced equipment available in the world. With an uncompromising commitment to innovation, quality, and performance, UPG has continued to invest in the latest machinery and equipment. With all fabrication done in-house, we are able to complete your order with fast turnaround times to meet demanding supply deadlines without compromising quality. Growth and size alone, however, do not make an industry leader. In the glass industry, as in other industries, there is a vast difference between producing a quality product and simply turning out a large quantity of product. United Plate Glass has deliberately grown at a steady and controlled pace in an effort to maintain it’s focus on quality. While UPG often produces high production orders, it has built its name on the creation of quality products regardless of order size. As a result, quality is not just a buzzword, but a well-practiced reality. In our ongoing commitment to you, we are pleased to announce the opening of our second plant in January of 2004. This 40,000 square foot facility next door to our present factory is home to our second UniGlass Unicharge tempering oven, a spandrel glass line, a second insulating line, as well as our expanding architectural metal department.
